ARRRGH

Day 5 of sick kid. So I just left all of the messages telling work and school that we would not be there. I left the house once on Saturday to take the sick kid to the DR. but that was it. In the house all day Saturday and all day Sunday. All Day. But it is pretty amazing taking this kids temperature, it has consistently been over 100 for all 5 days. It got to 102 on Saturday. Ibuprofen puts a little dent in it. Putting him in the tub helped a little bit. His coughing is driving me nuts too. I don't want the rest of us to get this. I don't have enough sick leave. And we leave for Spring Break in 2 weeks. ARRRGH.

Yep, I got Dance Dance Revolution for the Wii. And look - 2 dance pads! So I can have friends over!

So let me know if you want to come over and play! J-man and I are having a great time with it, and heck, Mitch may even learn how to dance!

More St. Patricks Day pictures that make me smile. This was the project at T-mans school today. Apparently he was so excited about it, he was the first one done so he could put it on. I love it! These boys do have a little irish in them after all!

Happy St. Patricks Day

I celebrated St. Patricks Day yesterday and did the 24th annual St. Patricks Day Dash in downtown Seattle with my friends Kristie and Frank and 15,000 others. Frank ran and Kristie and I did the last wave of joggers/walkers with the stroller. We had a good time even though it was COLD, at least it didn't rain! Here is us at the start of the last wave!



Next year is the 25th annual St.Patricks day bash and they want 25,000 people to run it! There is a crazy party afterward, complete with beer garden. I didn't stay for the party this year, I needed a nap afterward, but maybe next year I'll bring more friends and stay for a beer!
